A bit about me

I’m Dan, your emotionally unstable third wheel with a camera.

I’ve photographed enough weddings to know three things:

1. Your timeline will absolutely fall apart.

2. Someone’s uncle will get too drunk before sunset.

3. The best moments happen in the chaos anyway.

I’m not the photographer who’s going to make you stand in a field for two hours pretending to laugh at nothing while your guests slowly develop heat stroke. I’m here to capture your wedding as it actually felt — messy, loud, emotional, slightly unhinged, and somehow perfect.

I operate on caffeine, blind optimism, and the constant fear I’ve left a lens somewhere. I’ll fluff dresses, fix buttonholes, calm nervous grooms, dodge rogue toddlers, and become weirdly emotionally invested in your grandparents.

Half documentary photographer. Half emergency coordinator. Half sleep-deprived raccoon with a camera.

My style is cinematic, candid, and built around real moments. The ugly crying. The chaotic dance floor. The five seconds your partner looks at you like you invented happiness itself. That’s the stuff worth remembering.

If you want perfectly posed magazine robots, I’m probably not your guy.

If you want your wedding to feel like a memory instead of a photoshoot — welcome aboard.

Why book us? Because we’re fun!!

Why should you book Dan Glasgow Collective?

Because your wedding isn’t a photoshoot, it’s a full-blown, emotional, slightly chaotic, once-in-a-lifetime day… and you deserve someone who can handle all of it without missing a beat.

I’m not just there to take photos. I’m there to guide you when things feel overwhelming, step in when timelines wobble, and quietly capture the moments you didn’t even realise were happening. The nervous glances, the inside jokes, the way your people look at you when you’re not paying attention—that’s the good stuff.

You won’t be stuck posing all day either. I keep things natural, relaxed, and actually enjoyable, so you can focus on being present instead of worrying about where your hands go.

And when it’s all over? You get a gallery that feels like your day—not staged, not forced, but real, honest, and something you’ll want to come back to again and again.

If you want someone who blends in when it matters, steps up when needed, and genuinely gives a damn about your day… that’s exactly what I do.

As an award-winning wedding photographer, I have the expertise and experience to deliver stunning, award-worthy photos that will capture the magic of your special day.
